When you book a session If you book a discovery call or counselling session, I collect the information you provide through Calendly: your name, email address, and any details you share about what you're looking for.

When you fill out the contact form I collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.

When you subscribe to the newsletter I collect your email address and first name.

During coaching sessions I may take clinical notes during our sessions to track your progress and inform future sessions. These notes are kept strictly confidential and are not shared with anyone, except in the limited circumstances described in my separate Clinical Privacy & Confidentiality Policy.

How I use your information

I use the information I collect to:

• Respond to your enquiries and booking requests

• Deliver counselling services and track your therapeutic progress

• Send you emails you've opted into (newsletters, session reminders)

• Improve the website and understand how visitors use it

• Comply with legal and professional obligations

I do not sell your personal information to third parties. I do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Data retention

I keep your personal information only for as long as I need it. Specifically:

• Coaching session notes: Duration of our working relationship plus 12 months

• Newsletter subscriber data: Until you unsubscribe

• Website analytics data: 26 months
